Withdrew funds over 5 days ago with a fully verified account spent 4 hours to get through to live chat and just to say I had updated my payment method even though it’s the same card and bet365 had no problem sending me funds but Betway have.
I have now spent a total 11 hours on live chat to no answers. They have the refund and have been happy to take thousands and thousands from me but when it comes to withdrawals they aren’t fussed.
This is my first withdrawal and will probably be my last.
