Hi there, I have been playing on betway casino for a few months now, and have been doing pretty well with winning on slots. I have made several deposits and more withdrawals(via e-transfer). Before my last win, they asked to verify my account, so I sent in my driver license, hydro bill, and bank statements showing proof of cards. never got a confirmation email and ever since this my withdrawals won't work. It's been 6 days. All the other withdrawals in the past were between 12-36hours. I have tried and spent several hours trying to chat with customer service via online chat but just says ''we'll be with you soon. you're next in line''. The customer service is a joke. I just want my withdrawal. Attached is a screenshot of me trying to reach customer service via chat-never went through after countless hours of waiting and also a screen shot of my withdrawal statement, saying commenced 6 days ago.

I got a email this morning saying the documents are not sufficient proof of ownership when the documents cleary states my Full Name, last 4 digits of the Card Numbers they asked for?? starting to feel like im getting scammed? i honestly dont know what else to do

thank your helping, i even reached out to betway support on twitter and they responded we would get back to you. that was 3 days ago. impossible to reach somebody via the live chat online through the website. please help, i would like my money back
