Hello, my withdrawal has not been paid since December 01, 2022, and when I contacted live support, they told me that they are attempting to pay my withdrawal but have been unsuccessful, so they want to update my payment method and reprocess my withdrawal.
So I updated my preferred withdrawal method to astropay and asked from betway support to reprocess my withdrawal and I made indefinite self-exclusion as I have gambling issues, to get shocked that they requested to send them a utility bill after I choose to self-excluded.
I already sent to them many documents for address verification from 2 Dec and till now never get a response about the verification review.
So I am seeking help from AskGamblers to resolve this issue.

• 7.1 Acceptable Use of our services: Point 3. if you provide incorrect or misleading information regarding Your identity, age or location, or refuse to provide information requested by Betway.
• 7.2.2 Should our investigation result in knowledge that You have violated these Terms, or engaged in any activity described in 7.1. , we reserve the right to restrict or close your account. In these instances, we will withhold the balance on your account, up to the amount of any loss or fees uncured by Betway.
We have provided all the requested information to the Ask Gamblers team in regard to this.
