Winnings withheld and account closure
I opened an account with Betway this morning and made a deposit of £50. I received a bonus of £50. I won a substantial amount but this had a large wagering requirement attached to it.
I played through the wagering requirements fully and continued to win in the casino until my cash balance reached £3000. I withdrew £3000 at this point, first ensuring that there were no further wagering requirements.
The £3000 withdrawal was accepted and this went into the processing stage.
I logged into my account this evening and made a further deposit. Shortly afterwards, my account became locked and I received an email say my account did not meet the responsible gambling requirements.
I am also blocked from contacting customer services on the website due to the account closure.
I am now owed £3000 from Betway, with no way to contact them to arrange them.
I have no access to the customer services page and when I have tried to email them, my email is returned.
This is obviously causing undue stress.
I should have received my winnings by this point as the website states my winnings will be processed via Visa Direct.
I would like to receive an explanation as to when I will receive my winnings.
