Will not communicate problem or pay my withdrawal
I have sent all requested documents to Betway but my account is still showing a pending withdrawal after 10 days. I've tried and tried to communicate with them via livechat but they are not giving me any answers and have failed to communicate with me although I've requested information as to why my withdrawal is still pending. Its impossible for anyone to solve a problem unless they know what the problem is.
The verification process says within 24hrs but this is 10 days now and still nothing. Its €1900 and I'd like to have the withdrawal to buy Xmas presents for my children. I can't continue to contact them over and over again because all I get is the same answer, our verification team is working on this. Obviously they're not because they haven't contacted me or tried to reach out in any way shape or form. I've sent all documentation (been accepted no problem by 20 other bookmakers) and can't understand it.
