I put a withdrawal request in on 6th February.
I have sent all relevant documents and still feel like Betway is lacking in communicating the chat representatives just say the same thing, the withdrawals on my account show as paid but have received nothing as of yet.
They keep telling me it's being reviewed and to give them some time, please inform me by email or on here of any updates as I feel like there I'd a total lack of communication.
