I made 2 withdraws on 3rd of may and waited for the money to be credited , after few weeks when the money was not received I emailed my complain to betway support ,They asked me for my banking statement as a proof that the money was not credited.
I forwarded them my bank statement but got no reply after that . Its been like 6 month now and the money has still not been credited.
