Unresponsible and Account Locked Following Withdrawal £1,150
On April 6th I registered with Betway Casino. I made deposits totaling £450 and then requested a withdrawal for £1150. Once I had submitted the withdrawal request my account was immediately locked. I did not receive any communication as to why the account was locked, and as of today (10th April) I have still heard nothing from the casino.
I have sent an email and chaser to their verify, support, and manager email, and have attempted live chat on 3 separate occasions (all 3 times I have been told I'm 5th in the queue and 2 hours later have had no response via live chat).
I included proof of address and ID in the first email I sent them (not that they have requested it, but just incase this was what they were needing and to expedite the account being reopened and withdrawal processed if that is the issue). 4 days of an account being locked with no communication whatsoever from the casino I find to be really poor customer service at best.
I'd greatly appreciate it if the casino could let me know what is going on, and ideally unlock my account and get my withdrawal processed.
