Not received etransfer
I tried making two withdrawals both for the amount of 100$ last week via etransfer to the same email account. On betway it says both were processed on the 22nd and 23rd but I only received one payment. I contacted the support team to try and get help only to be told: “it looks paid on our end” and told to “look again” though I did not receive it. I have since sent betway documents showing I was able to receive the one payment for 100$ but not another and have not received any help in this matter which has now dragged on for over a week.
