Endless account verification
Hi, I write to you from Denmark with an issue with Betway. They refuse to cooperate on this matter.
I signed up at the middle of October with deposit 1050 NZD and wagered on various casino games. Got some winnings and sent a verification document. Deposit was made using MasterCard but casino doesn't support withdrawals back to MasterCard so I made an additional deposit using e-wallet and ordered 2000 NZD. Remaining balance was 1051.92 NZD. On 22/10/21 got an email asking for proof of card ownership showing the deposit made into your Betway account along with proof of your registered Moneybookers account. On 26/10/21, Betway sent a strange link to a third-party site asking for documents to be uploaded there. The process was divided into two steps. The first one went smoothly, but the second one returned an error. On 30/10/21, the live chat agent suggested I provide a second photo ID and selfie - I did so.
Since this day I contacted support several times and nothing until 07/12/21 - Account is under review and you will be informed after review is complete. It is an inadequate timeframe for account verification. Please help me. All chat history can be found in the attachment.
