Delaying Account Verification & $29,000 Cashouts
I started playing on Betway on 5th March and requested for a withdrawal on 7th March for $2000. I have been asked for my identity and bank proofs that I submitted and my request was processed in 4 days.
Thereafter I lost a few thousand dollars between 7th and 10th before making a big win. On 10th I requested for a withdrawal of $26000. After that I have been asked to provide proof of ownership for the cards I have used to make a deposit. Same day I have sent Scanned copies of my cards and Account Statements showing my name on the cards and all the transactions to betway in my account statements.
When I did not get any response on my emails for 2 days, I checked on chat support and been told that I need to get letters from bank showing your card no in the statement which I submitted on 16th March. Thereafter there was no response on emails from Betway. Every time I contact chat support they say its in process and our team needs time to review. Then I again received email saying one of the bank letter I sent is not having bank logo so forward the email from bank. I did that as well. Today again I received an email saying we need proof of ownership of your cards,
I am fed up of this process. Its been 9 days and there is no way to reach the operation team .The phone nos. provided on their email are not operational. Chat support has same replies every time I check with them.
There are 2 Withdrawal Requests 26K on 10th and 3K on 17th March still in pending,
