My username is ashish1619.
I made a deposit of 3000₹ and won 15000₹ so i made a withdraw request of 12000₹ on 10/08/2021 and it went into processing queue. They asked me for a couple of documents and I send them which were successfully accepted.
Since then all response I get from them is "our operations team is reviewing your account" Its almost 10 days and contacting on live chat they are saying same thing again and again.
When i asked them for a time frame they are saying they cannot give any time frame. They stopped to respond over emails. Please help me with getting my money back
