Betway said that they paid my withdrawal request on the 13th of July. They state that it can take 1 - 3 days for the payment to be received, but I've now waited until the 18th of July and there is still nothing received in my account.
I've checked all of my finance accounts associated with Betway and I can confirm it's not been received in any of them.
