18 days no payment
900 showing as paid since 20th of October, still not received.
23rd - Was told to wait until 25th and payment has been processed correctly and paid
25th - No payment received
27th - Told my bank were withholding payment. I sent correspondence from bank confirming no payment was being held along with bank statement showing no funds received
Was told by ukmanager@betway that my complaint would be resolved by the 3rd Nov.
3rd nov - Told they needed more time, asked how much longer- no reply
Chased up yesterday, was on hold for 10.5hours on live chat only to be disconnected when I got to no. 1.
Spoke to instagram chat was told they couldn't help me or provide any info.
Still no answer despite numerous emails.
Please help
