Betsofa has so far never kept their 24h processing time, but this time they have beaten their own record. I would like Askgamblers to nudge them so they can process my withdrawal within their own timeframes. And hopefully this can encourage other players to nudge them as well until they keep the timeframes without a nudge from Askgamblers.

My withdrawal request came 19th January. It is today 24th January. Attached you can see that for crypto they have 24h processing time.

I have withdrawn from their page over 20 times before, so my account etc. is verified.

Attached you can also see the previous withdrawal they sent was five days ago. I have 1500 euros left to withdraw that is in their que. They have a 1000 per 24 h limit. Which means I should get 1000 euro today (really 20th Jan), and the 500 in 24 h after that.

I hope this can be sorted out quickly. Thank you
