I'm having trouble verifying my account.
I won $1900.
First, they asked me for an account statement, ID card, etc. I supplied everything and a cash withdrawal. A mail with additional verification arrived in a week. They wanted my ID photo. I added. After that, they wanted a video with the ID card, inscription, etc. I supplied. Then they asked for a Payslip and a tax return. I added. The last step in verifying the horse is a notarized ID card. Of course, even if it's a bit too much, I went to the notary to verify the identity card. Unfortunately, I was informed that in the Czech Republic, the laws do not allow the notarization of documents.
I immediately wrote to the casino. After three days of chasing online support as well, I was told that the verification is being extended for another 2 weeks !!!!!!!!
Please help, I put money and honestly won.
