I had a large win 13/1, everyday Betsofa has said they have to check with provider, this has gone on for more than a week now and each day it’s the same excuse / checking with provider, provider is still checking.
Terms and conditions is 1-3 days withdrawal. They are delaying payment. I have 7 pending withdrawals (each day since win) and they have processed none of them.
