I recently registered on bets.io on February 22, 2023, I deposited about 2000 TRX on several deposits (I use NO bonus but raw). Then I won a great jackpot on Fire in the hole from X48892 so I won a total amount of 85000 TRX (5900$ approx).
I made a request to withdraw 85000 TRX with my TRON reception address (TRC20) I validated by email with my phone number.
For more than 48 hours now I am blocked in the "withdrawal processing" that bets.io does not process. They say they are "processing" but it is well marked as if the withdrawals are supposed to be processed instantly or within 24 hours maximum. Withdrawals have been blocked for more than 48 hours now and they state that they are in a "queue".
I believe they are either delaying the payment on purpose or they have no intention of doing so and are hoping I will cancel the withdrawals and lose the funds.
They stated that they are "investigating my winnings", I only played Fire in the Hole (Nolimits) and nothing else.
I hope AskGamblers can help me withdraw my funds from the casino, thanks.
