I am writing here today because I feel desperate with Bets.io.
I have played on this website since the 22nd of November 2023. I could deposit ~ 2500$ as you can see below. My deposit arrived in 5min and I could play without a problem.
The problems started occurring when I tried to withdraw my money. I have made everything they requested me but since 23.11.2023 I don't have my money and this is a problem. I have won a total of 9275$ and they don't deliver the payment. I don't know why. I've been chatting with my VIP manager Liza and she told me every time that the confirmation has to be accepted by her senior finance manager.

I didn't activate any bonus or any other stuff that they promote. I was playing with my "real" money only.
I was planning to play again on bets.io and a lot of games but unfortunately, with this kind of experience how can I feel safe?
I thought Bets.io was a good website when I read some reviews but today I am not satisfied at all with their processing.
I beg you AskGamblers to help me find a solution because I have won this money and they dont pay me.
