I opened an account with bets.io, made a deposit of 0.007btc and my account was closed. I contacted live chat and I was told it was banned because of fraud (accumulated games). But the problem is I did not play any games. No spins, no bets, nothing. I simply made a deposit. So I think there is some misunderstanding from their side. Or they are scammers. I tried to talk to live chat but probably the member of live chat can't see anything. I was explaining that I did not play any games so the reason he stated is impossible. I am attaching a screenshot of live chat conversation.
Also attaching a screenshot of email confirmation that the deposit was made.I hope somebody comes here to discuss the situation and sees that I did not do anything, I just made a deposit. I don't want to play with this casino anymore as it looks unreliable but I just want to get my deposit back
