Hi. I play at bets.io and suddenly they cancel my withdraw and reduce my balance to zero. The only explanation they give me is that they say I have "manipulated the casino system" which is insane I have just played the games but they will not tell me anything else and have taken my funds. No bonuses, I just deposit and play.
My total balance was about 4 ETH but they refuse the confirm the amount! They can close my account I dont care about that but they cannot just take my balance.

1. your Terms and Conditions #14 clearly says that account balance will be paid in full if you choose to close Player Account, why are you not honoring these terms?
2. if AskGamblers do not consider your evidence to show fraudulent activity, do you agree to pay the account balance to me?
