Hello, I want to withdraw my money around 6000 euro they don’t want to send the money. I have tried sending them emails but they don’t answer. When I withdraw the money I get errors see the attachment file. They don’t want to resolve this very bad site. Very bad support please help me get my money!!!! Also tried on my other phone still the same error they don’t want to pay it I don’t know why please help!!!!!

It's strange you are seeing that error. We have quite a few cashouts from Netherlands today. When do you see the error? Is it after you select a payment method?

Hello, I have send you already this pictures by email, not one time but maybe three times. When will my money be send? I have send all the documents I did nothing wrong! I want my money I have send 100 emails about this I have send my documents over a week a go nothing is done with this. First you told me that my account was good. I won a big bet with soccer matches after that my account was closed blocked? Can you tell me why? Because of the big amount? Than they told me they need driver license.. I had already send passport with my face etc. Documents I have send them everthing. Every time they asked for somthing else bank details deposit details. I am really tyrid of this. I also don’t get any message back from them after 10 emails they will send somthing like your account is under review this take like 3 days. One week is over 3 days also........ send my money I have send every document that you asked me to! I did nothing wrong! I have won my bets with some luck that’s gambling. So don’t close this case till they send my money. Normally I would not do this but yes no answers on my emails closing my acount I don’t know what the next step is!! For the benefit of other readers: The delays were caused in getting documents and then getting these approved. At no point was the player unaware of what was required. All emails and chats were answered. The operations team is very customer focused and will not hinder the player experience.
