Hello, I made deposit over month ago, over last month I won 1000EUR which I decided to withdraw. On 28th May I requested withdrawal of my balance 1100EUR. They requested from me selfie with document, which I provided them. Now the withdrawal has been Pending for almost 2 weeks and support seems to ignoring me with the same replies.
