Account has been locked for several weeks now with just a single email explaining that my account was "under investigation for suspicious activity". No time table was given for a resolution, nor any details as to what caused this lockout in the first place. For others who may read this, I primarily play micro stakes and have never cheated in any form or fashion. The fact that it is taking weeks to determine this should be of concern to anyone who is considering a deposit with this house. Your bank will be subject to confiscation w/o cause or warning.
Below is the only communication I have received regarding this matter from Dec. 31:

Thank you for contacting us, we do apologize for the delays and inconvenience caused however these investigations are meticulous and precise and may take a little longer than the stipulated timeframe.
As soon as feedback has been provided from the department in charge we'll be in touch.
