2) A Bill dated from Feb. 2020
3) Clear, color copies of the DL
I took the photo's of all of the above using my phone.

After a thorough review we will be restricting your account from accessing our network. An investigation of the SuperBowl LIV Referral contest was done where there were some inconsistencies with the origin of the customer’s information.
The following terms and conditions were taken in consideration for our investigation process:
1. BetOnline.ag reserves the right to restrict eligibility for refer-a-friend bonuses if the referee or referred are considered bonus abusers, if we are unable to validate each players’ individuality or if the new accounts are not considered genuine (VPN’s).
2. BetOnline.ag may request documentation (i.e. government issued ID) to verify each accounts’ individuality at any time.
3. The Refer-a-Friend program accepts players from the following countries: USA and Canada. Players outside of these countries will not qualify for the Referral program.
Based on these rules, the customer was unable to pass our verification process due to the following reasons:
1. Invalid information at registration
2. Invalid documentation provided
a. We determined that there was an alteration on the photos provided.
3. Unable to pass our verification process
4. Unable to confirm account location
5. This account was associated to a group of accounts partaking in this referral contest. None of these players who have submitted documentation passed our verification process either.
We have been trying to get hold of the customer on the number on registered on the account and the number was invalid. We sent an email requesting the customer to provide us with a valid contact number to resolve this matter as soon as possible. In the email response sent by the player we received no cooperation with providing us with a valid contact number
We need to outline that by signing up for BetOnline.ag the customer agreed with our terms and conditions including our verification process. Any player found doing anything that we believe compromises the fairness of play or terms and conditions will not be tolerated.
