I have contacted betonline casino customer service through email multiple times but got no response. Their online chat support told me they expedited the case since 4/3 and expect response in 24-48 hrs but no answers.
On 4/3, I was playing blackjack under live casino black section, around 4:14pm and 4:27pm, I won side bets at two different rounds, however, I didn’t get paid in either around. Which is $140 total win. For example, my balance was $600. After hitting the side Bet, it was supposed to be $670, but my balance stayed $600. I refreshed the page but my balance stayed the same.
I contacted pitboss immediately, he said they paid out and there is balance error from casino side, and advised me to contact customer service.
The round ID is 13101592 and 13101771. Hand history is 473652142. I am glad I took a screenshot of hand history. As I just noticed that for live casino, the history is only available for 24 hours. Why using a software that nobody can fix? Live dealer casino is all fun until a problem occurred. I am a regular player. It is scary to know a regular player can be potentially screwed for something they have no control over. And have to wait to get their winnings back. Please help me solve this problem
