Deposit Error
Made a deposit on 12/11 for $50 or so. They sent me an email alerting it did not go through.
Funds did not make it to account. Made another deposit attempt and moved on.
Checking my bank account a few days later and see both charges hit my card.
Their payment processor from China charged me anyway. Not only did they charge me but they overcharged me in Chinese currency. (only $60 or so)
I was hit with this phoney charge and a foreign transaction fee because of the Chinese currency.
I asked BetOnline to refund me several times via email, LiveChat, etc but they are no help.
Told me to deal with my bank and dispute the charge.
How do I dispute a charge from a Chinese payment processor that has a description for a totally different business?
I'll never be able to make a cc deposit again with that payment processor so I won't be able to deposit again on the site.
See how I lose out either way based on their mistake with their payment processor.
There was an error using their site using their payment processor trying to deposit funds into their casino but they won't take responsibility.
It's only $50 and it's not going to change anyone's life but at this point it's just about principle for me.
They say they never received the money but their processor obviously collected it so in that case it's their problem not mine right?
Why should I be punished and not able to use their processor again after disputing when it was their mistake?
