I joined Betonline Casino in May. After joining I made a deposit of $800 and received a bonus. The bonus can only be played with certain slot games from a section inside the casino. I used one of the slots for bonuses and quickly lost my bonus. I then noticed that I still had a real money balance left. I used that on other games and lost that too. So both my bonus and real money balance were at zero.
I then deposited another $800 and got given another bonus. I opened one of their bonus games. This time I won $46,000. There was a lot of betting that I had to do to be allowed to withdraw my winnings. I finished all of it.
After making a withdrawal that’s when I received an email saying that my account is now closed and will not be reopened. I hope by writing here I may be able to speak to a rep of theirs and understand why they have done this or whether it is a misunderstanding. Because I just don’t understand their decision. If winning $46,000 using a bonus is abusing them then why do they allow us to play with bonuses? Why do their slots allow us to bet such large amounts every spin? I have not broken ANY of their rules and hope that I can make them understand this here.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.
After thoroughly reviewing the account, it has been determined that the player violated our Terms and Conditions based on the following:
1. Player re-deposited when they already had a positive balance from a previous deposit (that was never touched).
2. The Terms of the Bonus indicate that the player is eligible for a 100% bonus up to a max of $1000.
a. The player deposited 2x$750, within 30 mins (didn’t touch the first deposit), and was therefore credited with a total of $1500 in bonuses.
Re-Deposit Bonus Qualification Rules are as follows:
· Players Who Meet The Following Qualify for a Re-deposit Bonus (player must meet all requirements to qualify):
· No existing bonus balance or pending freeplay in account;
· Available balance (including pending wagers) is less than twice their average bet size over the last 90 days;
· Player has not withdrawn more than half of their highest balance within the last 30 days;
· Stipulations on Re-deposit Bonus:
· If player has taken any withdrawal in the last 30 days, re-deposit bonus only applies to the amount exceeding the cumulative withdrawn amount during the last 30 days;
· If any pattern of “recycling” or “churning” (defn. ‘money being withdrawn and redeposit in effort to accrue bonuses’) all bonuses and winnings from said bonuses will be removed from account without notice.
It is required that the information provided by the Client at the time of signup be accurate and valid. BetOnline reserves the right to reject or cancel any account created if it has been determined that the Client has already created an account, that the information is invalid or inaccurate, has been blacklisted, or for any other reason left to the sole discretion of management. By opening an account with BetOnline, the Client agrees that all BetOnline client rules, policies and operating procedures will apply to them. BetOnline reserves the right to refuse Client's action or close their accounts if necessary to comply with any requirements that may be established. Clients shall not open more than one client account per household without prior written consent from BetOnline. If a client would like to test the system, BetOnline will provide the client with a demo account. In the event of a violation, BetOnline has the right to void all current and future play as well as the potential win/loss from that play.
Based on the above activity and evidence provided, it has been determined that the player violated our Re-Deposit Bonus Qualification Rules and therefore, the funds within the account have been considered invalid.
