Hello, playing on betmaster for few months and I was very surprised how easy and fast everything works from bonuses to instant payouts, too good to be true, this was my favorite betting site!I confirmed the account 2 times and they confirmed everything without any problems...

On Friday, I lost a few bets and won some, in the end I paid out 180 euros and the payment was instant, the next day I used the 100% deposit bonus with the condition that I have to play the bonus 10 times the minimum odds of 1.80. I succeeded in the end, my bonus was converted in real balance and was able to withdraw... But guess what, they declined my withdraw saying there are some technical issues and they are working on resolving the problem and delaying my withdrawal process!

Let's be realistic, they are delaying the payment process so that in the meantime I loses all the money....

PLEASE help I really need that money. This is my last money I put in in hope I win something. I'm really frustrated and stressed out! please give me hope!

greetings, thank you for your help! after a week of pain and stress, I managed to lose half of my money and finally they paid me part of the money! I deposited again and faced the same problem, but within one day they allowed me to pay a smaller part of the money... The only problem is that after I wagered my bonus, they took an additional €150 from me, as they say bonus funds are converted into real money after wagering...but still i can be happy with some money i could witdhraw...overall bad experience and a lot of stress!
