My first withdraw was without problems .

With my second withdrawal request the casino requested documents for account verification. I sent all the docs am 10 Juin. I was told the process will take a maximum of 5 buisness days.

After 3 days am 13 June they asked for more Documents

I sent all the documents and another 7 days have passed but my account is not yet verified

I hope that Betmaster verify my account so i can withdraw my Money

We have checked your account and see that it has been successfully verified.

We are very sorry that you had to wait more than 5 standard days, however KYC may take longer in cases when the Security department requires more documents to verify account owner's identity as per the company's T&Cs.
