Betmaster Casino - Stalling verification process for no reason at all - Complaint Resolved

I opened my account in this casino back in 2020. I started playing here again a few weeks back. Already had a successfull cashout but no verification was required as of now.
With my last withdrawal request the casino requested documents for account verification. I submitted the docs 6 days ago. I was told the process will take a maximum of 5 buisness days. 5 buisness days have passed and I am still being told to be patient. No reason given. I would like the casino to complete the verification process so I can withdraw my money.
The amount in dispute is 2100€.
