Hello Askgamblers! starting with the date of 01.03.2023 I try to withdraw 1500 euros and I do not succeed. Every 24 hours the withdrawal requests are refused without reason and I am recommended to contact the customer support service.

I contacted the casino and was told repeatedly that my situation had been communicated to the competent service and that I should wait. In the casino terms and conditions it says that a withdrawal is processed in a maximum of 5 working days. The 5 days have passed and I still haven't received the money. please help me! thank you!
