I want to withdrawal my funds but I keep getting this message:
"We were unable to withdraw funds from your account on Betmaster. Please try again or contact the support service if the problem persists."
I'm not getting a clear answer from support after asking a a few times. They keep saying that there is an issue with the payment system but not when or how it will be fixed.
Customer service has not helped me in the past few days now.
Amount is 1000 euro in btc.
I don't know what to do anymore.
