Withdrawal rejected and not processed


This casino is closing on oct 31 2018 from the newsletter they sent by email. However i still have 372 usd pending withdrawal to mastercard which they rejected and did not return back to balance after several days of waiting. They have also approved and verified all my documents so i do not see the reason for any delay and rejection.

Your withdrawal was processed through another payment option. We did not reject your original withdrawal, rather it was rejected by the issuing bank of your card and as you understand in these cases it requires time to receive the notification from the payment provider.

As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we worked with you to find an alternative payment option to send you your funds.

We hope that the issue has now been resolved to your satisfaction.
