Verification rejected but didn't say why


I tried to verify my account at Betify to avoid any future problems related to withdrawals, I woke up the next day and my account was closed.

I spoke to support and they said that one of the responsible agents didn't accept the document and that's it, they didn't say why they didn't. was accepted or something like that, I just had my account closed just like that.
