Closed my account with 52k balance

I was using bethog for about a year without issues
on april 28th they blocked my account out of the blue and sent me this email:

"Following a careful investigation, this account has been deemed to violate the BetHog Terms of Service and it has been permanently suspended. All promotional credits, bonus(es) or otherwise, and all winnings obtained are void."

I had $52k in my account when they blocked it, they have not identified which term I violated and did not reply to my follow up emails.

Cancelled my withdrawal without providing any reason

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am submitting this complaint against Bethog Casino. On December 17, 2025, the casino cancelled my withdrawal request for a total of $35,110.

I registered at Bethog, used their Welcome Bonus, and followed all the rules. After completing the wagering requirements, I had a balance of $35,110. However, instead of processing my payout, the casino blocked me

The most frustrating part is that their support team flatly refuses to explain why. They haven't provided any reason, haven't accused me of any specific rule violation, and are simply stonewalling me. I played fairly and did not violate the terms of the maximum rate (they don’t have it)

It’s been a month since the incident, and I’ve received no clarity. I’m asking AskGamblers to help me get a transparent explanation and, ultimately, my rightful winnings.

Suddenly banned and no answer to my inquiry

After a winning, maybe my winning was 3600 usd or so, I tried to make a withdrawal.

A few days later, I was so surprised that I was suddenly banned and couldn't sign in to my account.

So I made an inquiry that asks why I was banned.

Then, they gave me an answer that said it was because of my violation of the terms. Of course, I really have no idea about what I did wrong.

After this, I emailed several times with an inquiry, but now I am totally ignored.

That's why I am reporting now.

I hope to return my deposit rather than my winnings at this moment.

I will attach my email screen shot as you can see my procedure.

Bethog refuse to pay 093 BTC

I opened account on Bethog at 29 April 2025. I deposited 0.012 BTC received welcome bonus and started playing on Dragon’s Domain slot. I had 3 huge win during the session and won 2.24 BTC. I received 3 withdrawals from Bethog (0.246569, 0.535 and 0.535 BTC). Another 2 withdrawals 0.535 and 0.39678516 BTC has pending status 4 and 2 days respectively before they blocked my account. Bethog replied: "Our team has flagged your account for violations of our Terms" but they didn't provide exact rule that they think I broke and no one evidence from their side after multiple requests.

I want Bethog pay me rest of my winnings (0.93178516 BTC) to the same address that I deposited from.
