Withdrawal delayed for 8 days
Hello,
I am filing this complaint because my Skrill withdrawal of 71,562 HUF, requested on January 22nd, 2026, is still pending after 8 days (Transaction ID: d484d4db-42d3-4066-90fc-c4b9dd881c07).
According to the casino's policy, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days, but this deadline has long passed.
I have contacted live support daily, but I only receive template answers about 'security checks'. I have explicitly offered to complete the KYC process, but the casino has not requested any documents, yet they keep using 'checks' as an excuse to withhold my funds. I also sent a formal complaint email 24 hours ago, which has been completely ignored. I request the immediate processing of my funds.
