Dear Ask Gamblers I need your help. I have won some money on this casino and now they refuse to pay my winnings. I haven't used any bonuses, there is no KYC required. I've played casino and sports. Live chat don't know anything, they just delay and delay my payments. I have been waiting now 17 days and nothing.

I have had a withdrawal pending for a week now.

I have been in contact with online services and made a formal complaint through them via email. I keep getting the I understand your frustration bit, but nothing has been done to complete my withdrawal. The terms and conditions state up to 3 days, and it has been a week.

They will not let me talk to someone to ask what the hold-up is. The place where I make a formal complaint is the same name as the chat, so I do not believe my file has been “escalated” as they state, and I do not believe they are doing anything to get my withdrawal completed.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am contacting you because I urgently need your assistance regarding my unresolved withdrawal issue.

I won €15,000 while playing Lightning Roulette, and naturally I was very happy about my win. However, despite the funds being credited to my casino account, I have still not received any payout.

I have already submitted all of the requested verification documents three separate times. Unfortunately, my account has still not been verified, and I have received very little information about the reason for the delay. The responses from the casino have been extremely slow, and my issue remains unresolved.

I understand and accept that the casino has a daily withdrawal limit of €500. I have no objection to this policy. My concern is that I have not received even a single euro so far, despite fully cooperating with every verification request.

Support agent 'Felix' explicitly promised a resolution by today (Feb 6th), claiming a system error, but no funds have arrived. Hello,

I am filing this complaint because my Skrill withdrawal of 71,562 HUF, requested on January 22nd, 2026, is still pending after 8 days (Transaction ID: d484d4db-42d3-4066-90fc-c4b9dd881c07).

According to the casino's policy, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days, but this deadline has long passed.

I have contacted live support daily, but I only receive template answers about 'security checks'. I have explicitly offered to complete the KYC process, but the casino has not requested any documents, yet they keep using 'checks' as an excuse to withhold my funds. I also sent a formal complaint email 24 hours ago, which has been completely ignored. I request the immediate processing of my funds.
