Dear Ask Gamblers I need your help. I have won some money on this casino and now they refuse to pay my winnings. I haven't used any bonuses, there is no KYC required. I've played casino and sports. Live chat don't know anything, they just delay and delay my payments. I have been waiting now 17 days and nothing.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am contacting you because I urgently need your assistance regarding my unresolved withdrawal issue.

I won €15,000 while playing Lightning Roulette, and naturally I was very happy about my win. However, despite the funds being credited to my casino account, I have still not received any payout.

I have already submitted all of the requested verification documents three separate times. Unfortunately, my account has still not been verified, and I have received very little information about the reason for the delay. The responses from the casino have been extremely slow, and my issue remains unresolved.

I understand and accept that the casino has a daily withdrawal limit of €500. I have no objection to this policy. My concern is that I have not received even a single euro so far, despite fully cooperating with every verification request.

At this point, I feel frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and the excessive delay. I have done everything that has been asked of me, yet I am still waiting without any clear explanation or timeline.

To demonstrate my willingness to resolve this matter, I am even prepared to discuss receiving my winnings in smaller amounts if that would help speed up the process. My only wish is to receive my legitimate winnings and put this matter behind me so that I can stop using this casino altogether.
