As mentioned in our previous comment, the player was directly limited with a 0.01 factor by the Sportsbook’s management team.

The player placed 9 bets on mispriced odds, which, according to the Sportsbook Management Team’s assessment, is indicative of fraudulent intent. For this reason, all deposits were returned to the player, while the winnings were confiscated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, specifically:

2.22.If a player is suspected of foul play, Sportsbook reserves the right to block the account and investigate all bets made. If there is evidence of fraudulent activity (as recognized by Sportsbook), Sportsbook has the right to cancel all bets placed by the player for the entire period of the game, with the subsequent blocking of the account...

I am attaching the full list of bets placed by the player in question, together with confirmation from the Sportsbook Management Team regarding the player’s status.

The Sportsbook team also confirmed that the player was limited due to his playing patterns and further informed us that he has multiple accounts subject to the same limitations. This indicates a recurring pattern of behavior across different websites and is not an isolated case involving Bet Beast.

I hope the above, together with the supporting documentation attached, helps clarify the situation and the reasons behind the decision taken on this case.
