I have been submitting my withdrawal for the past 2 weeks just to have it reversed. I have had multiple conversations with the chat staff and they keep telling me to upload documents that ive already uploaded multiple times then saying it will be processed that day and then I check and its been reversed again by payments team. I have asked to speak to the payments team and or a supervisor and that request is ignored. Ive sent them every thing they have asked for and still getting no where.

apologies for the late response, and thank you for reopening the case.
All uploaded documents were verified already, and the withdrawal request was processed from our end.
It was declined before by the payment provider due to incorrect or missing bank/branch code.
The Player has to contact the payment provider to find out the correct code and re-try the withdrawal request.
The withdrawal will be processed from our end as soon as it will be accepted by the payment provider.
All these infos were sent to the player already via Email.
