Withdrawals not being processed with no support from casino

First I would like to be 100% transparent by stating I had posted a not so great review of Beem casino back in March, after which the casino contacted me, fixed all the issues and I agreed to give them another try. The transition was not smooth and there were a few more issues with receiving my bonuses, but in the end the casino made things right and I played on. My account is verified and up until May 1, 2021, any withdrawals I made quickly went from the status of “pending” to “successful” within an hour or two.


Everything started to become suspicious with this casino when I made 4 withdrawal requests of 500/ea. The first withdrawal request was on May 1st, two more on May 2nd and the last on May 3rd. The first three requests were over the weekend and from previous experience I knew all 3 would be processed on Monday and I would receive my funds in a day or two. I noticed the pending status of my withdrawals were taking much longer, this is when I contacted both live chat and emailed the support team. Live chat informed me they have now reduced the daily withdrawals from 1500 to 500 cad and because they had processed 1 of my 4 withdrawal request (a May 2nd request), I was to wait for rest to be processed. I was not happy about this new rule but was comforted believing I would be receiving 500 per day for the next few days. I was wrong.


Beem Casino has not processed my remaining withdrawals. I have 3 outstanding withdrawals all in the amount of 500/each and they are still in “pending” status since May 1st, 2nd and 3rd. This may not seem like a long time to wait, however, their terms clearly state pending process time is 1 hr. I am a bit concerned because not only are they delaying payment, but with recent change of the daily withdrawal limit from 1500 down to 500 cad per 24hr period truly makes the casino seem unstable and suspicious. I have emailed multiple times over the past several days to management and no one has gotten back to me. There is absolute silence, it is like they have closed shop and left. I did try and discuss with live chat repeatedly, but like always, this got me nowhere. It seems pretty clear something is definitely going on with this casino. I just want to receive my outstanding winnings.


I am attaching my pending transactions, a copy of their withdrawal terms, and a transcript of one of the live chat sessions I had regarding this.

Hi there, I received the last 2 notification for my withdrawals (thank you).

May I ask why the casino does not respond to emails, especially when live chat directs players to contact support via email? What is the sense in referring this if no one responds? In all honesty, if support were to have acknowledged my email and told me that they are having issues, but rest assured, my withdrawals will be processed, I would not have had to file this complaint. Transparency means everything.

On another note, I did receive loot boxes, but did not receive the actual cash box for moving up a level. Unless I am mistaken, I thought this in addition to the beem boxes? Please confirm if this is correct or not.
