Withdrawal pending for 16 days at financial department

I've requested my first withdrawal via bank transfer of 576€ on 22.April.21 and it's still pending after 16 days (12 business days).

I do have contacted the support (via mail and live chat) many times they already agreed that the money is processed from beem since 23.April.21 but the bank did not transfer the money.

All support agents confirm that the transaction needs to be checked by the "financial department".

My profile is fully verified.

I ask you to clarify the payment, as it has been open since April 23, 2021.
First come, first serve does not apply in this case...

Please be kindly advised that all withdrawals are processed on a first-come first-served basis and might be split in smaller portions until being paid in full; payments are made only on work days.
