Withdraw and verification delayed for two weeks


On 11-03-22 I made a deposit of 80.57 USD with a 200% bonus. After the wager was done I cashed out 650 USD. I was told to upload KYC documents so I did it right away. The 13-03-22 canceled the withdraw and turned the 650 into 1200 USD and made a new withdraw same day.

On the 16-03-22 the withdraw was canceled and I just had 805.70 USD on my account. I contacted the support and they told me the max amount I could get from the bonus was x10 of the deposit (80.57 USD - 805.70 USD) but I got 650 after the bonus. I played with the money after the bonus was done. Anyways I was tired of waiting for so long and they just removed 400 USD from my account so I only have 805.70 USD now. My account is still not verified and every time I ask the support about my withdraw they only say "No news today". I have also been told that they are pushing my 805.70 USD withdraw to the finance department 2 times in 1 week, still no withdraw or verification has come threw.

I feel like they are trying all the best to avoid my cash out and make new reasons to not pay me out, and they removed 400 USD from my account that has nothing to do with the bonus.

My withdraw has been waiting since 22-03-22 and no process has gone threw or verification. I have noticed that other complains has been solved before my complain. So how my withdraw can take that long time meanwhile others withdraw that are requested after my date is confirmed is verry weird in my eyes.
