Very long delayed payment which I have yet to receive

This is the worst online casino experience I have ever had in my life. So basically, I want to cash out the 1.2k in my account via crypto like how I deposited and here are the many problems I have faced

  1. The first time I requested for a withdrawal of 1.2k. It took them 1 WEEK to process my withdrawal request, only to tell me that it was cancelled because the daily withdrawal is 100 and it applies to all players. How ridiculous is that? My withdrawal limit is 100 I bet 100 a hand.
  2. After that, I made a new withdrawal of 100 and I forgot to fill in the crypto address that was supposed to receive the fund and I requested for it to be cancelled. And they told me it was already accepted and cannot be cancelled until the financial team manually cancels it. It has already been 5 days and my $100 withdrawal is still pending.
  3. The live chat always ask me to email the casino contact and I have done it 3 times but they did not even bother to reply me once 

This has been the most painful experience I have ever had while using a casino and I hope nobody will every have to go through this which is why I'm submitting this complain in hopes that other people are aware of what < content removed > this casino is

there is some time passed between cashouts and closing. It happened so because according to our AML Terms the verification of documents isn’t obligatory for withdrawal amounts less than 2000EUR, so we discovered the mismatch by player's name in his profile vs his documents too late, during an investigation. For this case apply our Payment policy/4. Depositing/ 4.9 It's the responsibility of Player to ensure that all documents are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of Player.
The cashout to the player amounted to 500EUR and player's deposit was 405.82EUR, so the deposit was refunded more than in full. We're ready to provide any proofs upon request.

Lol after so long, my account has been accused fraudulent activity and has been closed. I still had a few hundred euros of my winnings inside that is refused to get paid out by the casino. Beware of beem casino guys, your winnings don’t get paid out
