I made a withdrawal request 1.5.2021. They asked me some questions via email which I answered on 3.5.2021. After that they confirmed, that everything is ok and payment will be done soon. Since that I haven't got any payment or heard any update from their side. I have contacted provider multiple times via chat and got always confirmed that everything is ok and payment will be done very soon. Still, after 10 days, it is in status pending, and I haven't got any real clarification for such delay.

Does split of withdrawal amount also remain outside the influence of The Casino?
In any case: I requested 502€, I’ve got after several weeks 497€ In two portions. First one was paid by some private person (?), second one by casino. Some euros are still missing, but I am happy to get most of my money. Will never put any penny here anymore. Please close my casino account indefinetly.

Hello,
My original request was 502 €. Casino paid 96 € and cancelled rest of request, and asked me to make a new one. I made a new request of 401 € which they paid out. Totally they have paid out 497 € of 502 €. For some reason they forced me to make a new request and told that requests will be processed on a first-come first-served basis, which meant that I supposed to be a "new one" in the queue.
I am happy that I have got most of my money. A part of payment is still missing, but I guess they are never going to pay it out.
According to their websites, there is no fee when making withdrawal by bank transfer. That is not true what they have told. You can easilly see it on their websites.
