Verification and withdrawal delay
I am writing this complaint because of my long verification process and my withdrawal of 1000€ that I won on Beem Casino.
After I won the 1000€ I uploaded my documents and then tried to do a withdrawal but I got an error saying:
"In order to use this method to withdraw, it must first be registered as a payment method. Please contact support for assistance."
So I contacted the support and they offered me a manual bank transfer, so I accepted and sent them my bank details. After that the support told me it will be processed on weekdays along with the others.
This happened on July, 10th and my uploaded documents have not even been looked at and I got no information about my withdrawal as well.
