Unreasonably slow and complicated withdrawals


On 10.07.2021 I made a withdrawal of 1000€. Over the weekend on 12.07.2021 I was told that to get my withdrawal accepted I would need to split it into 10 withdrawals of 100€, I was told that was the daily maximum was 100€ so I would get one withdrawal accepted per day, and the first one was supposed to be accepted within an hour. Now after a week, none of my withdrawals have been approved. I did cancel two of the withdrawals but I still have 8*100€ withdrawals pending. I have since checked their withdrawal policy and while there is a mention of a daily max of 500€ in the Finnish version, which is a lot larger than the 100€ I was told, in the English version there is no mention of a daily maximum.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Due to beem casino canceling all my pending withdrawals again and me being annoyed by the whole situation, i lost all my balance at beem. I assume I cant get the money back and this complaint will be closed, but I want everyone to know that dealing with beemcasino has been the worst experience I have had with a casino ever. I am fairly certain these limits which arent based on any written rules are in place because they are about to go bankrupt. While I understand that it is my fault that I lost my balance, I am disgusted by the practices of beemcasino that enabled me to lose all of my balance
