Still waiting for my withdrawal

Hello.

To make a long story short, the casino promised me to make a banktransfer this monday, cause I have no option to withdrawal other ways and it still wasn't processed yesterday which you can see on the withdrawal history files I attach.


I've therefore made another Mastercard request yesterday cause I was desperate which will also get discarded as the 2 previous ones cause it isn't available in my country.


My problem is that the casino did not start the withdrawal process of 1000 euro monday as they promised and it really gets me frustrated that I have to contact them all the time. If they started the process I wouldn't be able to play with them.


Hope you can help get this process started so I can get my money.

Update :

Suddenly this morning my balance got withdrawaled to my Mastercard and approved by the casino. Not canceled like the 3 previous times.

I will notify you when I recieve my money on my bankaccount.
