Still waiting for my €5,000 withdrawals

Hi

I have won some money on this site in middle April. Of course I have requested withdrawals right away. My account on this casino is fully verified. After providing some extra documents to them I got this message from them (see attachment) . Since then I have contacted support many times (emails and support chat) and they always say they working on it and I should be patient. I think I was patient but 1 month to process 2 withdrawals should be enough. It's ridiculous in my opinion that they always say that the managers check every transaction in queue. Any help from you would be appreciated 🙏
