Refuses to pay out €50 withdrawal and gives me a never ending runaround

I signed up on Beem Casino and deposited 50 EUR with credit card. Due to massive bugs on their site I was unable to play any game. After endless chats they agreed to refund the 50 EUR. Unfortunately they were dishonest to me and the refund could not be processed via cc refund. Then we agreed on a bank transfer. This they simply ignored to do. Again, I never wagered, i neither won nor lost as I was unable to play and signed up with my correct details, just want my money back. They then gave me the runaround to verify my identity which I did although I was uneasy sending them the data as I do not deem them trustworthy anymore. I finally agreed and send foto of credit card, drivers license and utility bill. They didnt accept it. i had to resend credit card and a different form of identification. I sent credit card and ID this time. On the id I blanked my foto as well as the id number and biometrical data like color of my eyes and size. This is legal in my jurisdiction as with the id number my identity could be stolen and they can still see my DOB and adress. More the casino is not entitled to see. This they also rejected, they want my most intimate details meaning I could become a victom of identity. I am not withdrawing 100.000 EUR win but my deposit which I could not use due to technical issues on their site. I asked them what they now intend to do, they confirmed they will keep the money for 1 year which is embezzlement of funds. I demand they payout immediately the 50 EUR with fees, after that confirm deletion of data submitted for verification, apologize to me and reimburse me for the endless hassle I had with them.
